In Addition
It is possible there are other forms / styles of Kum Nye not included within this site where the main aim has been to give a flavour of this practice.
As Kum Nye becomes known to a wider audience, it is likely more teachers, and groups will develop and be able to offer this practice. One way to find additional information is to Google kumnye (enter link).
Of the various styles of Kum Nye mentioned within this website, it is only their basic elements which have been touched on by way of presenting an introduction. No one practice is being recommended or even suggested that a practice be tried, for originally Kum Nye was only used by Buddhist monks and nuns as a catalyst subordinate or as a prelude to meditation. And it should be understood that even though participation in any style may be undertaken, it is not a given that any particular benefits will or can be gained by an individual. For as with any practice it is the seeking practitioner who has to realise what, if anything, there may be to discover.
All the information offered within this site is presented in good faith. While the 'Classes' section presents a reference of instructing practitioners, but it does not endorse any single teacher.
